Stainless steel live steam injector

Based on a well proven design, this steam injector can make a valuable addition to many different vessels. It is manufactured in 316 stainless steel, with a screwed end for easy removal.

The steam injector has a variable spring pressure adjustement, and can operate in a range of pressures from 0.7 BAR (10 PSIG). It can be used on culinary steam or unfiltered and will pass up to 1000 lbs/hr. It also has provision for air introduction to eliminate noise.

Multiple uses

This injector has several different uses, for example, introducing Air/Gas, steam, hot water and chemicals in all areas of the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry, chemical, electronic and biotechnology industries.

As a steam injector

Heating and mixing products.

Increasing cook times with certain food products (using culary steam).

Sterilising pipes, valves and vessels.

Heating wash water.

As a gas or air injector

Introducing air or N2 blanket Air-gas purging.
